Responsable de mantener todos los equipos y sistemas para alcanzar las métricas de rendimiento del producto definidas, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente.
Funciones y responsabilidades

Identificar la (s) causa (s) raíz (s) utilizando procesos de diagnóstico integrales y toma las medidas correctivas apropiadas que se adhieren al proceso de servicio definido.
Mantener todos los registros asociados a su función de acuerdo con los requisitos reglamentarios.
Esto incluye seguir los procedimientos de atención de servicio.
Responsable de mantener, administrar de manera diligente y precisa todos los activos de la compañía asignados que pueden incluir, entre otros: Herramientas, inventario de piezas, vehículo de la compañía, computadora y accesorios.
Responsable de comunicar los problemas relacionados con las actividades comerciales o las oportunidades para el siguiente nível de gestión.
Ofrecer adiestramiento técnico e información de los productos con clientes, proveedores y representantes de la empresa, según sea necesario.
Habilidades, conocimientos y experiência

**Título profesional**: Licenciatura en Ingeniería / Operaciones / Negocios, o un campo relacionado.
Mínimo de dos (2) años de experiência en el campo Biomédica, Mecatrónica, Electrónica, o relacionado.
Análisis e interpretación.
Construir relaciones efectivas.
Habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
