The Technical Field Service Representative will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and IT assistance to end users. The successful candidate will have experience with MAC Products and a strong understanding of desktop support principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day local/remote desktop support.Receive inbound calls, answer questions, and troubleshoot issues.Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot various software and hardware applications.Have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system to support Apple PC users.Requirements:
- Experience with MAC Products is required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or better.
- Minimum of 18 months of IT experience.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and internal customer service skills.
