Estamos contratando Business Development Representative para expandir nuestro negocio en Colombia.
Se requiere trabajar con ejecutivos de nível C de compañías de fabricación discreta en el sector automotriz, aeroespacial, equipo industrial y productos de consumo para aumentar los ingresos al ayudar a mejorar la productividad, optimizar las iniciativas de fabricación y mantener los requisitos de cumplimiento al mercado.
Business Development Representative buscará nuevos negocios y hará crecer las cuentas instaladas asignadas, supervisando todo el proceso de ventas mientras trabaja con recursos internos de VIAS 3D para desarrollar planes de implementación para soluciones PLM.
Business Development Representative es un puesto de alto perfil debido a la complejidad del ciclo de ventas.
VIAS 3D ofrece capacitación en ventas y productos de Dassault Systemes, QAD y su propio programa interno.
Nuestro objetivo es ayudar a nuestros representantes de ventas a mejorar continuamente en las áreas de Habilidades de Ventas, Conocimiento del Producto, así como en la mejora personal.
La capacitación en ventas se enfoca en todas las áreas del ciclo de ventas de PLM, comenzando con la orientación a ejecutivos de nível C y la elaboración de estrategias/planificación de una campaña de ventas para empresas medianas y grandes.
Business Development Representative puede crear un portafolio de negocios y aumentar significativamente las ganancias año tras año.
Además de las altas ganancias por comisiones, somos una organización a largo plazo, de larga permanencia, orientada a la carrera que hace las cosas de manera diferente a la típica organización de ventas.

Deseable carrera terminada o trunca en: Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Mecatrónica, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Comercialización, Administración de Empresas.
Experiência de 2 año en:
Desarrollo de Negocios.
Prospección de Ventas B2B

Ventas Internas.
Ventas de manufactura

Atención a clientes

Ventas Telefónicas

Actividades a realizar:
Promover soluciones tecnológicas que involucran software con servicios básicos de formación.
Atender las oportunidades que le sean asignadas y además llevar a cabo por cuenta propia la prospección y calificación de oportunidades en clientes y prospectos.
Llevar a cabo el mapeo estratégico de procesos (de Negocio, Ingeniería, Diseño, Manufactura, Producción y Comerciales, entre otros) que permita comprender la situación de cada cliente o prospecto
