Job summary

Position Based in Bogota, Colombia.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of sales professionals
- Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory and government industry vertical.
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
- Accelerate customer adoption.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
- Manage contract negotiations.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- English and Spanish

About the team
The position is part of a very highly motivated team, that focuses on Public Sector customers (Government, Education, Non Profit Organization, Health) and that is assisting our customers to be successful and have impact innovating and improving quality of life. The team covers North of LATAM (Andean countries, Central America and the Caribbean).
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.- A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus.- Ability to influence others internally and external.- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
