**RedValley** is seeking a proactive and strategic **Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team.** As a Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist you will spearhead digital marketing initiatives that amplify our mission and showcase our portfolio of work. This role demands a blend of creativity and analytical skills to develop and execute digital strategies that enhance visibility, engage audiences, and drive engagement across both MOYA Design Partners and FORMA by MOYA.

**What You'll Do**
- Utilize SEO techniques to enhance website visibility and drive organic growth, conducting regular audits and keyword research to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Create and curate engaging content tailored to each brand's voice, including compelling copy, blog posts, case studies, and newsletters that highlight our design philosophy and projects.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure marketing materials meet visual and brand standards.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies based on data insights to optimize reach and engagement.
**What You'll Bring To The Team**
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within the design, architecture, or branding industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in SEO, content marketing, and social media strategy, with a proven track record of increasing engagement and driving traffic.
- Strong understanding of digital analytics, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with an eye for design and branding.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
