We are growing and working hard to fill roles throughout our global company. We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-moving HR team. We need someone to work cohesively with our Talent Acquisition Team, Hiring Managers and key stakeholders of the organization in finding the best talent for roles in all disciplines of the organization.

**This position is a hybrid role in our Medellin, Colombia office. Please submit your resume in ENGLISH.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruit for openings across all practice areas (main area is Technology Services and Engineering) with a focus in the LATAM market. Opportunity to support US and internationally markets as well (Europe, Asia, UAE, India and more).
- Work independently and collaboratively on multiple positions at one time, report the status of each opening and quickly show results of their job portfolio.
- Report status of all openings, recruiting efforts and deliver and analyze reports on new hire metrics.
- Continually source and screen for multiple positions at the same time.
- Deliver outstanding and responsive customer service to our internal clients.
- Contribute to continuous recruiting process improvement efforts while getting results.
- Lead and organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests.
- Perform reference checks and pre-employment assessments to help organize and streamline hiring efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a full cycle recruiter for a professional services firm, ideally in a fast paced, growing environment.
- Fluent in English
- Deep knowledge and expertise in using advanced sourcing techniques such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently after learning curve.
- Strong pride in providing outstanding customer service.
- Sense of urgency and confidentiality.
