Position Overview:
As a Film & Event Business Development Associate, you will be at the forefront of driving new business for our premier real estate offerings. Your role will involve:
Prospecting Targeted Outreach: Identify and target key decision-makers in the entertainment industry, including location scouts, producers, directors, and production coordinators, through direct outreach, networking events, industry conferences, and other channels.

Nurturing client relationships to generate leads and expand our client base. Using a consultative sales approach, you will identify and understand clients’ needs to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the entertainment industry, providing personalized attention and exceptional service to meet their specific needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet New Business Targets: Drive revenue growth by promoting our luxury properties and services to new prospects.
- Identify Prospects: Conduct market analysis to identify potential target organizations and - key decision-makers. Proactively reach out to prospects through various channels, qualifying opportunities efficiently.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate promotional events, site visits, and property tours for location scouts, production companies, and industry professionals, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience that highlights the property's potential for media productions.
- Analyze Opportunities: Understand industry sectors and prospects' business issues to tailor solutions effectively and clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of our services to prospects.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Collaborate with legal and finance teams to negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and licensing arrangements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that align with company objectives.
- Track Activity and Success: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system to manage the sales cycle effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in sales or business development, preferably in luxury real estate, event planning or with the entertainment industry.
- Strong results orientation and drive to achieve new business goals.

- Demonstrated success in a new business development role, including cold calling.
