- Administrar las relaciones comerciales con los clientes asignados para maximizar el crecimiento de los ingresos del portafolio integral de WBD. El ejecutivo comercial debe identificar oportunidades de negocio, negociar acuerdos con los clientes asignados del portafolio lineal, y diseñar planes para potenciar la adopción y el uso del producto premium y de streaming.

- Negociar los términos y condiciones de los contratos con los clientes, garantizando acuerdos beneficiosos para ambas partes. Preparar propuestas comerciales y contratos, coordinando con los equipos legales y financieros según sea necesario.
- Implementar iniciativas comerciales para impulsar el crecimiento de los canales de venta de los operadores asignados, apalancado en la gestión con el objetivo de fomentar el aumento de clientes y la adopción de los productos premium y de streaming.
- Mantener un seguimiento detallado de los principales KPI’s del performance comercial, como net ads, ventas, churn, efectividad, entre otros, para evaluar el performance de las iniciativas implementadas y ajustar las acciones que contribuyan al crecimiento del negocio premium y de streaming.
- Realizar un seguimiento adecuado de la evolución de los clientes en el negocio de distribución básica, monitoreando continuamente sus reportes, el estado de sus contratos y su desempeño en la cartera.
- Actuar como el punto de contacto principal para clientes asignados, resolviendo problemas y respondiendo a consultas de manera oportuna y eficaz.
- Implementar un adecuado control administrativo, con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de los procesos requeridos para asegurar los imputs comerciales para la correcta facturación y cobro al cliente.
- Monitorear periódicamente la oferta comercial de los principales actores del mercado, identificando novedades de la competencia y detectando oportunidades de crecimiento para el portafolio premium y de streaming.
**Cualificaciones y experiência...**
- Título universitario en Administración, Marketing, Comunicación, Ingenieria, Economía o afines. La formación en áreas tecnológicas o de medios digitales es un plus.
- Experiência previa de al menos 2 años en ventas o afines, preferiblemente en el sector de telecomunicaciones, entretenimiento o productos de streaming.
- Dominio en el uso de herramientas de ofimática, con especial habilidad en PowerPoint y manejo avanzado de Excel (indispensable).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con capacidad para presentar y negociar eficazmente.
- Habilidad para construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes y socios comerciales.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo, gestionando múltiples tareas y colaborando con interlocutores internos y externos, con habilidad para priorizar de manera eficiente.
- Deseable conocimiento profundo del producto de streaming, las tendencias del mercado y la competencia.
**Idiomas**:Dominio del idioma local (español) y un nível avanzado de inglés.
