Latitud was created by Brian Requarth, who founded, scaled and sold Viva Real for US$600M, Gina Gotthilf, who led growth at Duolingo from 3M to 200M users, and Yuri Danilchenko, who scaled product & engineering at Kaszek-backed Escale. Latitud is at a very exciting moment, we just raised a $11.5M Seed led by a16z and NfX and another $1.5M from the community. **The role**:

- You’ll be joining Latitud at a unique stage of hypergrowth before complexity eats anyone alive. As our first CRM & BI analyst, you will help the team leverage opportunities at touchpoints with different audiences, build the processes that will make our communications run smoothly and the dashboards that will support decisions across teams._

**You will**:

- Map and automate journeys for our educational programs and products
- Analyze and create new database segmentation based on the company’s objectives
- Develop the data strategy required to support initiatives across teams (website, blog, surveys, testing, market research, etc).
- Maintain best practices of template design, audience segmentation, list hygiene, and deliverability
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns' creative production
- Identify opportunities to connect the different business units of the company
- Develop and implement marketing tactics to activate, engage and convert customers
- Identify opportunities to reach target segmentations of our database during campaigns
- Build and track dashboards that help the team manage their goals
- Act as the CRM functional point of contact for the Latitud team

**You Are**:

- ** Experienced in marketing and data.** You have 3+ years of experience dealing with digital marketing, customer databases, and data analytics. You have had success implementing, testing, and iterating initiatives for reach and engagement at the product or company level.
- ** A great problem solver. **You prioritize outcomes, but also care about documenting processes. You use data to navigate challenges and find the easiest and fastest ways to solve them. You proactively identify gaps and ways of improving things without burdening the team.
- ** Pragmatic and collaborative**. You are quick to get feedback and ship things to production for real users - and you're not afraid to talk to them to make better decisions. You're always measuring the impact of your changes and helping your peers do the same.
- ** A fast learner.** We don't expect you to know everything about our domain and stack, but we need you to catch up quickly.
- ** Passionate about accessibility, diversity, and inclusion.** Latitud is not a good fit for you if you are uncomfortable or annoyed by these topics.
- ** Interested in being involved with the startup community.** Startup founders in LATAM are our primary persona and you’re either interested in working with them or want to join their ranks in a few years.

**_ Required Skills_**:

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complicated findings or technical approaches in easy-to-understand ways
- Ability to draw data from multiple sources, such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, Airtable, Paperform, and other tools to analyze and build comprehensive reports
- Experience with Hubspot CRM and its marketing features
- Experience with automation tools such as Make and Zapier

**_ Preferred Skills_**:

- Proficiency with performance dashboards such as Tableau, Looker, or similar software, and ability to design clean crisp visualizations
