**About the Role**:
As a Business Analyst at Keep, you'll play a central role in our mission to revolutionize the Canadian fintech industry. We're looking for someone who can:
- ** Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives,** ensuring a comprehensive grasp of our vision and goals.
- ** Identify and optimize existing business processes,** improving efficiency in our day-to-day operations.
- ** Analyze financial data and unearth valuable insights,** leveraging data to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
- ** Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive analysis,** offering strategic insights for our consistent evolution and innovation.
- ** Champion compliance with relevant financial regulations,** upholding the gold standard of compliance and security.
- ** Foster effective communication between tech and non-tech stakeholders,** ensuring seamless collaboration and a shared understanding across all teams.
**Who you are?**:
- Someone who has proven experience in startups.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex financial data.
- Proficiency in SQL for data retrieval and analysis. (Knowledge in Phyton and R is desirable)
- Strong knowledge in data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker o Tableu, etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a dynamic startup environment.
