**Responsabilidades**:

- **Identificación de oportunidades de negocio**: Investigar y analizar el mercado para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, incluyendo clientes potenciales, asociaciones estratégicas y áreas de expansión.
- **Generación de leads**: Desarrollar y mantener una cartera sólida de clientes potenciales a través de diversas estrategias de generación de leads, como prospección en frío, networking, participación en eventos y colaboración con equipos internos.
- **Negociación y cierre de acuerdos**: Liderar el proceso de negociación con clientes potenciales, elaborando propuestas comerciales personalizadas y presentando soluciones que satisfagan sus necesidades y objetivos comerciales. Cerrar acuerdos y contratos en línea con los objetivos de la empresa.
- **Desarrollo de relaciones comerciales**: Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes existentes y potenciales, así como con socios estratégicos y proveedores, colaborando estrechamente con ellos para identificar nuevas oportunidades y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
- **Análisis de mercado**: Monitorear las tendencias del mercado y analizar la competencia para identificar áreas de oportunidad y desarrollo, proporcionando información estratégica que respalde la toma de decisiones empresariales.
- **Gestión administrativa y contable**: Colaborar en tareas administrativas y contables, como la gestión de presupuestos, el seguimiento de ingresos y gastos, la preparación de informes financieros y la elaboración de presupuestos para proyectos de desarrollo de negocios.
- **Reporte y seguimiento**: Mantener registros precisos de todas las actividades de desarrollo de negocios, incluyendo reuniones, propuestas, seguimiento de leads y resultados de ventas. Proporcionar informes regulares a la gerencia sobre el progreso y los resultados obtenidos.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência comprobada en desarrollo de negocios, preferiblemente en la industria hospitalaria.
- Fuertes habilidades de negociación y capacidad para cerrar acuerdos comerciales.
- Conocimientos básicos en administración empresarial y contabilidad.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión para cumplir con los objetivos de ventas.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
