**Position Summary**:
Provide leadership, direction, and coordination to all activities / areas of the Company, to achieve the short team business goals, measured by Volume, NNS, EBIT and Market Share across Colombia. Responsible for the development of strategies and/or the implementation of agreed business plans, oriented to ensure Company’s long-term sustainable profitable growth.

**A day in the life of**:

- Delivery of agreed plans and business results. Create and execute Marketing plans to drive growth.
- Lead, manage and grow the business profitably. Drive and create competitive gaps through business efficiency improvements at every step of the value chain. Influence all relevant lines of the P&L eg TTS, mix, PFME, MOGEs, etc.
- Business Planning: Lead and manage the Business Planning process with different stakeholders (LTP, GB, MBP).
- Ensure adherence to CPW and/or Partners policies and procedures including applicable Marketing, Trade, Finance, Supply Chain and HR guidelines, as well as other applicable local laws and regulations.

**What will make you successful**:

- Solid experience in FMCG with excellent understanding of the marketing and sales areas.
- Has proven record of reaching or exceeding Top and bottom-line targets / full P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing individuals and/or teams to deliver business results.
- To have an in-depth understanding of CPW values is a plus.
- Strong market, category, and competitor assessment capabilities, driving strategy and tactics.
- Marketing: Definition of Marketing Mix strategy and Campaign execution.
- Trade strategies: formulation & implementation.
- Finance and Control: Understanding of all P&L lines, profit, cost and expenses drivers.
- Legal environment: Understand the CPW Code of Business Conduct and have solid working knowledge of general legal compliance matters including antitrust laws.
- Regulatory Environment: Basic Appreciation of regulatory issues/topics: Marketing to children Regulation, Labelling and Health Claims, Wholegrain, Perception of Cereals by Stakeholders, and any other local ‘hot topics’. Understanding of who are the local Internal (Nestle) Stakeholders and ability to represent CPW interests externally.
- Supply Chain: Understanding of all SC processes, how it influences CFR and DPA and being capable to ensure close cooperation between the market and its supply base(s).
