**About Avaya**:
**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**:

- Responsible for the timely resolution of day to day problems and break/fix incidents for technical or operational issues supported in the Technical team, proactively monitors on a daily basis the customer needs and requirements, elaborate Root Cause Analysis to critical issues, maintain the customer documentation updated and remote access tool active, escalate and lead resolution of problems involving the areas and team required, elaborate performance reports and lead meeting with the customers to present contract deliverables, support trends and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Typically requires 5 - 8 years experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in communications solutions, contact center, cloud
- Customer and services oriented, High Level Communication, Ability to Coordinate Multiple Resources, Escalation Management, Leadership, Administration Management,
- Fluid English, information or telecommunication engineering, desirable certifications in ITIL, PMI, similar
