**La Oportunidad**
Esta posición está ubicada en Bogotá en nuestra área de IFO International Finance.

El Asistente de Supply Chain es responsable de ejecutar las acciones pertinentes para garantizar la disponibilidad de producto de acuerdo con los parámetros establecidos por las divisiones. Mediante el análisis de información debe identificar riesgos y oportunidades con la finalidad de tener un inventario óptimo que facilite a los negocios el cumplimiento de sus metas de ventas y de nível de servicio al cliente.

**Que harás**:

- Correr y analizar el juego de inventarios para determinar los riesgos y oportunidades que se tendrán en cada SKU
- Elevar los riesgos de manera oportuna, conduciendo las acciones necesarias para minimizarlos
- Ejecutar y revisar con periodicidad semanal la información de cobertura de inventarios garantizando exactitud en la información compartida con los negocios
- Ejecutar y revisar con periodicidad semanal el reporte de backorder internacional, indicando en cada SKU reportado la razón clara y precisa del riesgo de backorder y las acciones que se deben tomar para evitar este riesgo
- Generar la explosión de materiales y emitir en los tiempos y cantidades necesarias las ordenes de compra de los materiales para el acondicionamiento de los productos, gestionar con el area de compras el cumplimiento de las fechas en que los materiales se necesitan.
- Generar semanalmente Plan de acondicionamiento de acuerdo con la necesidad de disponibilidad de los productos y a los parametros del TPM
- Coordinar el proceso de acondicionamiento con todas las areas involucradas incluyendo el manejo y control del TPM
- Atender cualquier requerimiento que surga en el Area

**Cualificaciones requeridas**

Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial o carreras administrativas

**Cualificaciones preferidas**
- 3 años de experiência en planeación y procesos logísticos
- Dominio de las aplicaciones de Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, etc)
- Experiência laboral en equipos multifuncionales
- inglés intermedio
