**Acerca del rol**:
El Customer Facing es la cara visible de Supply Chain SCJ ante el cliente. Es responsable de coordinar el abastecimiento del cliente en Cedis y Tiendas, con el objetivo de asegurar los níveles óptimos de stock en las Tiendas, para garantizar las ventas. Para ello deberá implementar diferentes estrategias de abastecimiento, mediante la administración de los parámetros del sistema de resurtido del cliente, esto se logra a través reuniones semanales con el área de reabastecimiento del cliente.

**Principales responsabilidades**:
Desarrollar scorecards de seguimiento de las principales variables de abastecimiento de los clientes (Instock, DOH, OFR, Forecast Accuracy, Sell out). Analizar oportunidades y elaborar planes de mejora.
- Analizar tendencias de ventas y níveles de stock para los diferentes skus y Tiendas, con el objetivo de administrar el sistema de abastecimiento del cliente, enfocado en lograr el correcto nível de stocks en tiendas para garantizar la venta correspondiente
- Buscar ajustar parámetros de sistema de resurtido del cliente con el objetivo de garantizar el correcto nível de stock en el CD y Las Tiendas. Esto principalmente mediante administración de Forecast de venta, mínimos de stock de seguridad, mínimos de exhibición en anaquel, ajuste de TLO, revisión de LT.
- Coordinar con áreas comerciales (Ventas / Customer Marketing) a fin de desarrollar la estrategia de abastecimiento para actividades comerciales, lanzamientos de nuevos productos, temporadas (insecticidas, trimestre limpieza, Holiday Program, Back to School, etc.)
- Desarrollar relaciones colaborativas con equipo de abastecimiento de los clientes mediante reuniones periódicas de seguimiento para revisión de scorecards, ejecución de planes de abastecimiento, etc.
- Coordinar reuniones T2T con el cliente con un enfoque logístico y CPFR, compartiendo resultados, alineando expectativas y generando consenso entre la dirección de ambas compañías.
- Visitar los centros de distribución de los clientes en conjunto con el equipo de logística, para trabajar sobre oportunidades que puedan surgir en la operación diaria (on time delivery, demoras en la recepción, calidad de entregas), y así desarrollar la relación con el cliente.
- Generar y desarrollar proyectos en conjunto con el cliente con el objetivo de mejorar los procesos logísticos que involucran a la operación particular de cada cliente, y así generar eficiencias en costos y savings.

**Experiência requerida**:

- Preferible Ing. Industrial, Administración de Empresas. Titulado.
- Inglés Medio / Alto
- Conocimientos de Logística y Supply Chain, manejo avanzado de Excel, base de datos y powerpoint.
