Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de Facility Manager para unirse a nuestro equipo:
**Zona de trabajo**: Bogotá, Colombia.

**Horario de trabajo**: Lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 17:00 hs.

**Modalidad de trabajo**: Presencial.

**Tipo de contratación**: Tiempo indeterminado.

¿Cuál es tu día a día?
Coordinar los aspectos operativos de la instalación de manera que proteja, mantenga y mejore el valor del activo.

Implementar y monitorear el control de peligros y las prácticas de seguridad del equipo garantizando el cumplimiento de los códigos, regulaciones y requisitos internos locales.

Implementar programas de mantenimiento/reparación preventivos y continuos.

Apoyar los servicios contratados según sea necesario, monitorear el desempeño según el alcance del trabajo y los acuerdos contractuales.

Preparación y gestión presupuestaria precisa con énfasis en minimizar gastos mediante el uso eficiente de mano de obra y materiales.

Gestionar los gastos operativos a níveles presupuestados.

Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de proyectos, planificación y transacciones para gestionar proyectos de manera oportuna y rentable a níveles presupuestados.

Ayudar en el abastecimiento y las finanzas con la previsión de gastos operativos y de capital.

Ayudar con el desarrollo de presupuestos de gastos anuales y plan de capital plurianual.

Mantener comunicaciones abiertas con el cliente trabajando junto con su equipo directivo, coordinadores y contratistas.

Responsabilidad general de las actividades de todos los empleados y contratistas involucrados en la operación y el mantenimiento de las instalaciones.

Se requiere
Graduado universitario o experiência laboral equivalente en Gestión de Instalaciones.

3 años de experiência como Gerente de Instalaciones, ya sea en el entorno corporativo, proveedor de servicios externo o como consultor.

Habilidades superiores de gestión de relaciones con los clientes.

Capacidad para planificar y gestionar dentro de las limitaciones de tiempo y presupuesto.

Pensador estratégico con un sólido historial de implementación exitosa

Experiência en la gestión de múltiples proveedores y proyectos.

Fuertes capacidades organizativas y de gestión.

Habilidades interpersonales y de presentación efectivas.

Inglés Avanzado para participar en reuniones regionales.
