**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following**:

- Proficient written communication skills to support customers with ease.
- You will NOT be doing Outbound - Inbound calls.
- Efficiency to offer relevant and satisfactory solutions to customers.
- Efficiently taking note of queries and requests.
- Maintenance of log for customer interactions, transactions, and comments.
- Suggest effective and prompt solutions.
- Protecting brand image and reputation in the market.
- Effective communication via mail.
- Assist digital team with online campaigns.
- Maintaining positive repo with the customers throughout the conversation.
- Ability to work on CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport, ask questions, listen and redirect the conversations
- Ability to overcome objections, analyze responses and negotiate resolutions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other industry software
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve required metrics and standards
- Solid time management skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of customer service

- Knowledge of customer service
- Written and Reading English Proficiency
- No formal experience required
