**Job Summary**

We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish & English) representative located in Bogotá to deliver world-class customer support and build customer satisfaction

**Primary Job Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming calls for Account Services and Customer Service requests transition to sales. Provide a high level of professional and competent service assistance.
- Ability to accomplish service to sales metrics
- Ensure that all issues are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Complete commitments expectations set with the customer.
- Identify customer requirements, provide first level of account services for low complex scenarios and routes them when appropriate to other line of business according to Support Policies and Product specialty.
- Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and takes responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied. Ability to use probing questions as needed to understand issues and proactively offer solutions to customers.
- Escalates issues to the Coach when resolution is not available and follows the chain of command.
- Demonstrate positive approach and clear speech communication in every single interaction to meet metrical standards.
