**Acerca de la posición**:
Estamos buscando un estratega digital para unirse a nuestro equipo en Colombia, para la región Andina & Caribe.

Esta persona estará encargada de amplificar las audiencias de nuestros artistas, sus catálogos y lanzamientos a través de la implementación de campañas que maximicen el valor a largo plazo de los fans y el contenido.

Es el responsable de apoyar al Project Manager para proponer, planificar, coordinar y ejecutar la estrategia creativa para artistas prioritarios tanto en plataformas D2F como. TikTok, IG Reels, Facebook, YT Shorts etc como en nuevas plataformas/herramientas D2, ATL o BTL, Influencer Marketing etc

**Lo que harás**:

- Proponer, planificar, coordinar y ejecutar la estrategia creativa de nuestros artistas
- Liderar la relación local con TikTok
- Supervisar y analizar el consumo de tracks en tendencia para ejecutar planes
- Desarrollar nuevas estrategias y tácticas para el crecimiento de la audiencia de nuestros artistas, impulsando el compromiso y la retención de los fans a largo plazo.
- Desarrollar y manejar herramientas que ayuden al crecer los fans:, fan Building Communities
- Desarrollar una base de datos de blogs, personas clave, medios, personas influyentes, socios relevantes, que aporten al crecimiento de nuestro aliados

**Calificaciones**:

- Estudios en Mercadeo, Comunicaciones, publicidad o carreras afines.
- +2 años de experiência en la industria del entretenimiento, publicidad o similar
- Fuerte pasión por la música y gran conocimiento de la cultura y los géneros musicales latino
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interna y externa (tanto escrita como verbal)
- Habilidades de planificación y gestión de proyectos.
- Experiência en el uso de herramientas de comunicación digital (boletines, blogs, redes sociales, etc.)
- Conocimiento y manejo de plataformas D2F como: Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitch etc
- Conocimiento del ecosistema D2F offline (Marketing de influencers, OOH, eventos, etc.)
- Digital Savy: debe estar al tanto de las nuevas tendencias, las nuevas herramientas
- Un solucionador de problemas y líder autónomo.
- Muy creativo
- Se necesita una persona altamente organizada, proactiva y curiosa, con capacidad de análisis y gestión de proyectos.
- Colaborativo y que le guste trabajar en equipo
- Una persona sociable con buenas habilidades interpersonales.
- Un comunicador eficaz
- Ingenioso y toma la iniciativa
- Se requiere atención suprema a los detalles, y habilidades de seguimiento.
