Descripción de la Oferta
Su principal objetivo será buscar, captar y atraer a potenciales clientes mostrando el valor diferencial de nuestro servicio. Sera el encargado de la prospección del mercado. Contactar a los potenciales clientes con el objetivo de agendar una reunion con el equipo comercial. Calificar posibilidades de negocio. Identificar a los decision makers.
Principales funciones
- Prospección de potenciales clientes.
- Utilizar técnicas de venta para buscar y captar potenciales clientes con el objetivo de agendar una reunión.
- Utilizar CRM (Pipedrive) para manejo de agenda y pipeline de ventas.
- Buscar constantemente oportunidades comerciales y del mercado para captar potenciales clientes.
Estudios necesarios
Formación de negocios o marketing es bienvenida
Conocimientos necesarios
- Conocimiento del uso de CRM (de preferencia Pipedrive).
- Experiência en captar y atraer outbound leads.
- Venta de servicios B2B, idealmente en plataformas tecnológicas y/o SAAS
- Dominio del idioma inglés es un plus
- Conocimientos de marketing digital es un plus

- Escucha activa y comunicación asertiva.
- Proactividad y empuje.
- Autonomia y autosuperación.
- Habilidades de negociación.
Experiência
- Experiência trabajando en startups tecnológicas, preferentemente del rubro de HR Tech.
- Al menos 2 años de experiência como SDR Outbound.
- Experiência en venta de servicios B2B.
