**Job Description**:
With a goal of presenting Skechers as the global footwear leader that it is and The Comfort Technology Company, the Communications Coordinator will oversee the Social Media content strategy, ambassadors/ influencers plan, Public Relations program and events agenda for Colombia; all these aligned with the Marketing calendar.

The role’s mission is to enrich Skechers’ brand positioning and image in local market and efficiently build over Skechers attributes among different targets and divisions to ensure we deliver the right message for each consumer type trough relevant, innovative and valuable content within the assets the position manages: SM platforms and content, ambassadors and influencers, PR program, events, alliances and partnerships with stakeholders. An important goal is to plan an efficient investment and execute it accord to the established calendar while measuring the initiatives’ impact for Skechers.

This role works closely with retail, agencies, creative services, digital team (content must contribute to web traffic).

**ESSENTIALS JOB RESULTS**:
This position must develop a plan and strategy for the year, quarter and month. Including assets in charge and regular updates to assure the actions are coherent with local market needs and planned investment.

The updates must be shared for approval in these key dates.

**1.Social Media**:

- Design and execute a strategy to grow the Skechers Colombia community.
- Develop the content and monthly calendar for Skechers Colombia social networks. Including photoshoots for our local catalogue.
- Community management for Skechers Colombia social networks.
- Managing digital advertising on the Meta platform in order to increase brand awareness and drive customers to stores.
- Analyze social networks monthly performance including an action plan to improve metrics and investment efficiency.
- Present monthly report with SM statistics for Corporate report on the 4th of each month.
- Coordinate and optimize social media content with shopping malls where we have our own stores and stores accounts.
- Photography direction to new Skechers stores for corporate use and as a social media tool.

**2. PR, Ambassadors and Influencers**:

- Create an annual PR strategy to strengthen our relationship with the media throughout the year and generate loyalty.
- Establish direct contact with the different media: fashion, entertainment, business, to gain brand presence and content.
- Enrich the plan with initiatives such as advertorials, collaborations, press releases that increase the brand presence in media.
- Design and execute a segmentation plan for the ambassador’s team and influencers that support Skechers communication for different targets and campaigns included in the annual plan.
- Direct contact with the ambassador´s team and influencers. Follow up the content agreement and individual objectives. Request the results at the end of the month to evaluate their performance and incorporate them into the corporate report.
- Work together with influencers and ambassadors to find opportunities that can add value to Skechers.
- Maintain a scouting strategy for influencers that assure the brand is permanently partnering with the ideal talent and building a stronger message.
- Design along with the PR and BTL agencies, different concepts for seedings and brand content.
- Present monthly report with PR, Influencers statistics for Corporate report on the 4th of each month.

**3. Events**:

- Planning, development and execution of events of media, branding and store openings.
- Work together with BTL and PR agencies to ensure the proper development and secure guests attending the event, inviting press and influencers.
- Coordination for special activities in Skechers Stores and malls such as Mother’s Day, Father's Day. Kids Day, Halloween, SKX store launches, among others.
- Event reports with audiovisual content and metrics to evaluate the performance and fulfillment of objectives of events and activations in stores and malls.

**4. Plan and budget**:

- Continuously during month and quarter update expenses, measure activities’ impact and results through presentations and reports.
- Analyze ROI.
- Plans and activities must be supported with presentations such as Briefs, Approval Forms, Artwork Request timely submitted to assure execution.
- Other presentations needed according to Marketing agenda.

**Qualifications**:
+4 years of working experience in related fields.

This individual is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team, while working in a faced-paced environment.

Delivering work in timely manners is key to the ongoing success of this position.
