Betsson LatAm Team are looking for a new Casino Coordinator Colombia to join their growing team As a Casino Coordinator you will work with the Betsson Casino commercial team and be focused on coordinating Casino campaigns from idea generation, planning and briefing to evaluation, reporting & optimizing.

- MARIA FERNANDA GONZALEZThis is an entry level position to join the Casino Manager in executing the casino customer experience within the regulated online gaming industry in Colombia. Your focus is to execute, develop and optimise the casino product according to the strategy and objectives set by the “Casino Manager” and the “Country Manager”. You will help manage the compliance related processes to deliver the best casino experience in the market with speed and at the same time optimise commercial performance of the casino product.

**A TYPICAL DAY MIGHT INCLUDE**:

- Be the point of contact with compliance teams, game providers and labs to ensure smooth and efficient processes for the release of casino games, as it relates to providing missing information. Accuracy and thoroughness are key to ensure that the processes is efficient and fast.
- Create and execute campaigns and bonus set-ups, following up with analysis, post evaluation and optimisation.
- Support the Casino Manager in conceptualising promotions and player activities.
- Write copy for promotions and provide design briefs
- Configure tournaments, bonuses in our system management tool.
- Be the first point of contact for the Customer Service team and assist them with giving player bonuses
- Set-up, test and release new games. Help the “Casino Manager” evaluate the performance of new games and optimise the lobby through game positioning.
- Fill out the relevant metadata for each casino game and keep all titles updated.
- Monitor and check our websites, and mobile apps to ensure all gaming content and promotions are optimised and correctly displayed.
- Monitor competitor’s websites and track any promotions as well as the overall casino experience.
- Assist the “Casino Manager” with data analysis.
- May be assigned to on-call duty from time to time Work closely with line Manager, Central Casino and Country teams (Marketing, UX and Customer Service) as they relate to customer marketing activities - ensuring alignment across all parts of the organization.

**THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF YOU'RE**:

- University level Bachelors degree.
- Proficient in English is considered an asset.
- Experience in a purely online, digital or mobile industry with a strong e-commerce bent.
- Experience in online gaming will be considered a strong advantage
- Proficient user of Excel.
- Creative personality with ambition to learn.
- Self-going team player who is capable of working in a high-tempo environment.
