Buscamos un/a **Business Development Manager con experiência en el mundo de servicios IT **(Desarrollo de Software, Infraestructura, Data&Analytics, Ciber, BPO IT, etc.). Buscamos a una persona comprometida, que busque una carrera sólida y en continua mejora y que no entienda de limites profesionales. Si te identificas, envíanos tu CV.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência en ventas y/o consultoría IT
- Capacidad de generación de negocio dentro de su cartera
- Experiência en venta y gestión de clientes
- Perfil comercial acostumbrado a trabajar por objetivos y orientado a resultados
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación
- Nível de inglés alto C1

**Funciones**:

- Captación de nuevos clientes para la Compañía, apoyado en el conocimiento de las soluciones y servicios de La Firma. Priorizando los proyectos de alto valor añadido. Se ubicará en el área de Business & Technology Consulting de La Firma
- Crear y apoyar estrategias de innovación que permitan identificar oportunidades de negocio
- Creación de una cartera de clientes, identificando sus necesidades y proponiendo soluciones manteniendo una relación a largo plazo
- Colaborar con el departamento de marketing en las iniciativas para las que sea requerido
- Desarrollo de propuestas de valor adaptadas a las características concretas, así como realizar la negociación de acuerdos comerciales y cierre de operaciones
