This is for the Partner Scale Account Manager (PSAM) position based in Bogota, Colombia.
Your Core Responsibilities:
1- Works with external partners such as Distributors, ISV, SIs, Solution Aggregators, to drive sell in and/or sell through activities. Develops the partner business plan, implements partner programs, coordinates co-selling between partner and Intel's sales team, while promoting Intel s products and services.
2- Builds trusted relationships with the partners to drive short term billings and consumption sales objectives while establishing scale via long-term strategic alignment with partners across the ecosystem. Engage and educate senior-level decision makers responsible for driving strategy in the partner and internally.
3- Collaborates with the sales team, product groups and other key internal stakeholders to develop and execute partner expansion programs. Shares partner feedback to improve Intel's product offerings.
4- Works closely with Multinational Company counterparts and the Intel teams, to ensure we are aligned with all our Go to Market efforts.
5- Follows partner ecosystem trends, manage pipeline, and shares innovative perspectives to advance the joint business priorities and open new opportunities in the market/industry.
6- Supports go to market campaigns and collaborates on pre-sales and proof of concept execution, and training programs, to ensure successful execution of the account plan targets and performance metrics.
**Note: This is a commissioned sales position.**

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering or related careers or equivalent experience 4+ years, in addition to:
- 4+ years of Account Management Experience in Sales and/or Marketing teams, selling and driving programs with or through partners, developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans with customers that have resulted in revenue growth and scale. And at least 2 of them working with Technology Industries.
- Fluent/Advanced English level.
- Regular travel will be required
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Consumer/Commercial market knowledge
- Co-marketing proven experience and strong execution record
- Familiar with current PC platform offerings and understanding of our Data Center roadmap, Customer value proposition are key
- Intel product knowledge
- PC proficiency, with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SFDC knowledge
