We are looking for an experienced technical educator for a Training Engineer position with some systems engineering background.

In addition to training, the position would involve assistance with content development for training and providing professional service engineering support on special projects.

The position requires excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English languages along with a desire to further enhance knowledge of versatility and uses of multiple products. Self-motivated to undertake tasks and projects as well as a willingness to take leadership roles in developing content and coursework.

**What do you need to succeed**:

- BA in Technology/computer field or equivalent experience
- Excellent presentation and technical writing skills in Spanish and English
- Knowledge of HTTP, HTTPS, IP/TCP, Networking, OSI model, Routing and Routing protocols
- Application Security Knowledge
- Layer 4-7 switching knowledge
- Independent, creative problem-solver - can work well unsupervised.
- Valid Passport, ability to travel (might expect 50% travel) to the USA, Latin America and Israel

**We will be happy if you also have**:

- Experience in technical training in Spanish and English
- Experience in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure preferred)
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM)
- Applicable certifications
- Knowledge of Linux OS
- Experience with Application Servers and Containerized Applications (Docker, K8s)

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Must be able to work with little supervision to coordinate training course logistics and details.
- Deliver technical training at Radware, customer, and channel locations throughout the World in Spanish and English.
- Conduct "train-the-trainer" sessions for Radware-authorized training partners.
- Provide Professional Engineering support for key accounts including technical presentations, on-site or remote installation support, or troubleshooting support.
- Assistance with updating existing training material and active role in developing new training material to keep training content current.

Facilitate the development of training materials and deliver training in support of business development, OEM opportunities, and other special projects.
