Trainer Bpo

Trainer position is responsible for training and supporting new employees to improve their skills and performance. Creating educational material, conducting training sessions, identifying skills gaps, ensuring staff members stay motivated and create solid bases to develop their functions. A friendly and approachable individual that work with diverse groups with effective teaching, in order to accomplish the objectives of the program.

You are the right fit for this job if you have:

- Strong teaching abilities and mentoring skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to leadership the employee’s in a stressful work environment.
- Exceptional time management skills and a critical thinker.
- At least 1 year of experience as a trainer in the BPO industry
- Intermediate Excel
- Good management of the office package

ENGLISH LEVEL B2+ IS A MUST
