**As a Trainer Manager **you will play a key role in providing the necessary organization and communication required for a healthy and successful working environment.

You will be responsible for ensuring the performance and productivity of the trainers based in Bogotà.

**What will you do**
- Insure compliance of internal KPIs
- Propose and follow up of performance improvements
- Take the lead in team recruitment activities
- Oversee HR aspects of the team
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide solutions if issues arise
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews of trainers

**What you will need**
- Bachelors or College degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
- Bilingual English + Spanish if based in Latam
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Experience in teaching is a plus
- Experience in working in multicultural environments is a plus
