**A Preview of Your Role**
Be part of our client’s team as a **Paid Social Strategist**. Manage, analyze, and optimize media buying campaigns on paid social platforms. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to execute strategies, analyze data, and drive results. Lead client communications and contribute to strategic planning.

- Shift: MONDAY TO FRIDAY | 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST
- Work setup: Remote
**Elevate Your Expertise: Skills and Experience That Shine**
- 2-4 Years of experience in digital marketing or media buying
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and other social ad platforms
- Familiarity with eCommerce, with preferred experience in platform shopping/catalog campaigns and product feeds
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, reporting tools, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work both individually and in a team environment
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines
**Ignite Your Impact: Leading the Charge in Paid Social Strategy**
- Manage, analyze, and optimize media buying campaigns on paid social for multiple clients (3-4 on average)
- Set client goals for customer acquisition, loyalty/purchase continuity, and lead generation
- Execute, test, and optimize paid social ads on platforms like Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads
- Collaborate with the creative and landing page teams to assemble unified approaches
- Collect and analyze data to hypothesize and execute tests for continuous performance improvement
- Strategize and test high-converting landing pages alongside social campaigns
- Plan, strategize, and test new and iterative creative concepts for ads
- Submit creative ticket requests and adhere to existing ticketing system’s templates and guidelines
- Build reports to collaborate transparently with clients via Google Sheets
- Attend and contribute to weekly calls with clients, preparing agendas and providing performance updates
- Research clients’ competitors' ads using tools like Facebook Ad Library and TikTok Ad Library
- Use competitor ads as inspiration for future creative tests for campaigns
