- **Appointment Setting**: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients with the goal of scheduling appointments for the sales team
- **Communication**: Clearly and persuasively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients.
- **Follow-up**: Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads for further engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in appointment setting or telemarketing.
- Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Willingness to adapt to new strategies and approaches based on feedback and performance analysis.

**Compensation**:
