**Position: Inbound Sales/Account Executive (100% Remote)**
Hire Latam is a growing recruitment and job platform that connects businesses with Latin American talent from customer service, operations, marketing, sales, accounting etc.
We are a growing business that is looking to hire someone who is an expert in sales. This will be a full-time position that's best suited for someone who can dedicate 40 hours per week. This role will be focused on business development and client management. Our team is entirely remote.
**Responsibilities**
- Schedule a sales call with businesses interested in outsourcing to LATAM and showcase them our recruitment services
- Walkthrough the recruitment process with the prospect businesses during the sales call
- Close the sale with service agreement and job description approval
- Follow up with leads and providing updates in a timely manner
- Coordinate with recruiters to schedule placement interviews with customers
- Developing sales strategies
- Building relationships with referral sources
- Coming up with innovative ideas to continue growing our brand
- Having fun
**Requirements**:
- Have a reliable internet connection for you to work
- High Fluency in English (both written and spoken) (Excellent English level)
- Self-motivated, energetic individual with a natural ability to persuade, negotiate, and sell
- Insanely organized. You love keeping things clean and organized.
- 3+ years of sales experience with US-based businesses from previous SDR/BDR roles
- Reliable and punctual
- Results driven - knows their past/current metrics like the palm of their hand.
- Must be located in Latin America or the Caribbean
**Payment**
- Base Monthly salary of $1,250 USD
- Uncapped Sales Commission of $50 USD per placement deals closed
- Payments are processed at bi-monthly frequency (1st and middle of month)
**Schedule**:
8:00 am to 4:30 pm CDT (Monday through Friday)
