Here’s an overview of your future role:_**
- Employment type: Indefinite term type contract- Shift: Monday to Friday | 8 am to 5 pm MT- Work Setup: Remote/Work from Home

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of individuals.

- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office (or similar software suite).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Tech Stack:

- CRM Software: Proficient in platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM for managing customer relationships, tracking interactions, and organizing sales pipelines.
- Sales Engagement Platforms: Familiar with tools such as SalesLoft, Outreach, or Yesware, which aid in streamlining communication, automating follow-ups, and tracking prospect engagement.
- Lead Generation Tools: Skilled in using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Leadfeeder for identifying and researching potential leads.
- Data Analytics Tools: Proficient in analytical tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms that help analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
- Communication Tools: Experienced in platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Slack for internal collaboration, meetings, and communication with prospects.
- Productivity Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, or similar tools for documentation, presentations, and data analysis.
- Social Media Management: Skilled in using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social for managing and tracking social media engagement and outreach.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

- Utilize various tools and techniques to research and identify potential leads.

Qualifying Leads:

- Assess the needs and interests of potential clients to determine their viability as prospects.
- Engage in initial conversations to gauge interest and qualify leads for the sales team.

Appointment Setting:

- Schedule meetings and demos for qualified leads with the sales team.
- Ensure a smooth transition of lead information and context to facilitate effective sales meetings.

CRM Management:

- Accurately log and update customer interactions and information in the CRM system to maintain an organized database of prospects and activities.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

- Work closely with sales representatives to develop and refine sales strategies.
- Provide insights and feedback on lead quality and engagement strategies.

Market Research:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market challenges, and the competitive landscape to enhance lead generation strategies and conversations with prospects.

Achievement of Targets:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointments set.
