**Desafios WOW**:

- Integrar nuestro equipo gerencial en Kärcher Colombia (Bogotá) como **G**erente **de Administración y Finanzas**, actuando como **Business Partner** que acompaña decisiones de negocio y como guardián de los recursos financieros de la empresa.
- Hacer parte integral de la definición del presupuesto y de la implementación de iniciativas estratégicas.
- Velar por el control adecuado a través de los procedimientos administrativos y políticas de la empresa alineados con las estrategias corporativas (regionales y globales).
- Planificar los resultados financieros de la empresa para los años venideros, asi como el control y justificación de las desviaciones.
- Acompañar los márgenes de venta de la compañía, que se encuentren dentro del benchmark definido para el tipo de empresa.
- Asegurar alcanzar el flujo de efectivo necesario para cubrir con las necesidades de corto y largo plazo de la compañía, mediante la supervisión de cobros y pagos de la empresa.
- Asegurar el correcto reporteo de los EEFF mensuales y anuales de la compañia, tanto locales como corporativos.
- Supervisar las áreas criticas de riesgo del negocio buscando minimizar los riesgos e impactos que estas puedan tener sobre los resultados económicas de la empresa.
- Asegurar un plan de gastos e Inversiones acorde a la realidad inmediata y de largo plazo de la empresa.
- Coordinar las áreas administrativas y de digitalización de la compañía.
- Ser el líder de compliance para la operación local.

**Sería WOW tener los siguientes conocimientos**:

- Ingeniero comercial o contador público colegiado y habilitado
- Postgrado en Finanzas (deseable)
- Inglés y Español Fluido
- Mínimo 5 años en puestos similares y 10 años de experiência profesional
- Conocimiento de la normativa legal vigente
- Manejo de procesos de liderazgo y comunicación
- Manejo de proceso de planificación estratégica y financiera
- Trabajo en Equipo
