Misión del puesto

Licenciatura en Administración ,Comunicación, Ciencias Sociales o disciplinas afines.

Un mínimo de 2 años trabajando en roles comerciales/de ventas trabajando con equipos multifuncionales como comercial, marketing, productos y operaciones.

Experiência significativa trabajando con grandes cuentas, idealmente en venta de comida, tecnología, aplicaciones, minoristas.

Pasión por el análisis de data y relacionamiento comercial.

Roles and responsibilities

Role Objective

Es la persona encargada de realizar la gestión comercial de las cuentas estratégicas de Pets & Tiendas Especializadas CO, su función principal es la estrategia, comunicación y búsqueda de crecimiento potencial de los clientes. Propuestas de negociación e inversión. Expansión de las Key accounts.

Main Responsibilities- Gestión de la información- Debe ser capaz de reunir y administrar grandes cantidades de información para la toma de decisiones estratégicas, además de identificar oportunidades y buscar cuáles son las últimas tendencias en el mercado para mejorar la relación cliente-empresa.- Diseñar planes estratégicos- Es importante que el Account Growth Manager diseñe planes estratégicos para cada cliente, debe ser capaz de adaptarse a cada uno de ellos.- Es esencial, mantener una visión de negocio y velar por el correcto funcionamiento de la misma.- Habilidades de relacionamiento comercial- Desarrollar habilidades argumentativas y de análisis.
