**30% Sell in**:

- To accomplish monthly IBP target according to product availability and weekly monitoring.
- To monitor credit notes of returns, price differences, trade terms liquidation and debit notes.
- To ensure +90% order book conversion rate in coordination with B&T and franchisee team.
- To lead prelines & coordinate with B&T Team go to market agenda.
- To support Credit & collection monitoring to ensure monthly billing

**50% Sell out**:

- Monitor and challenge accomplishment of Retail Sales, KPIs, LFL Growth against Budget.
- Accomplish season Sell Out target at store level: OTB & retail KPIs
- Visit franchise stores on regular basis to evaluate proper execution.
- Lead SA & Training teams on EMM as Service Mantra to improve productivity and service.
- Contact person for Key functions i.e VM, MKT & Training.

- Franchisees external teams, internal multinfunctional areas, regional peers

- Create Best practices into the stores in coordination with multinfunctional areas to amplify opportunities across the channel
- To monitor Store Performance in quantitative and qualitative aspects and being active support to Franchisees backoffice and Store Managers.

20% Execute Key Sell In and Sell Out projects

Controlling
- To report to Franchise Sr Manager performance in sell in, retail KPIs, Mistery and NPS
- Monitor and report on stores and competitors sales and activities, and propose actions

Operating Rythym
- Weekly Sell in Analysis: Based on sell out opportunities found, review order book
- Weekly Sell out Analysis: Review KPI´s, Best Sellers, Black Holes, FP Sell through, Division
- Based on weekly sell out opportunities found, drive adidas support for VM, MKT, Trainning & B&T and, request Franchisee BO support in same roles/initiatives.
- Montlhy business review with franchisees backoffice (sell in & sell out)

**Professional background**:

- Functional: > 3-4 years in sales (commercial roles and/or trade marketing roles)
- Industry: ideally in retail / FMCG
- Commercial experience (B2B, Sales executive, trade marketing store/district manager)

**Educational Background**:

- University degree in business administration, industrial engineering, international business or business administration related.

**IT and Language skills**:

- Outlook: basic
- Excel: advanced
- PowerPoint: advanced
- English: basic-intermediate
- Local language: Fluent

Purpose/Mission
