Brazil Senior Marketing Manager

HubSpot, the world's leading customer platform for scaling businesses, is seeking an ambitious and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to help grow our demand in Brazil. You will be instrumental in crafting and executing high-impact demand and revenue marketing campaigns that will help businesses in every corner of Brazil succeed in the digital age.
The Brazil Senior Marketing Manager will plan and execute marketing programs to drive growth and demand in Canada. This role will work closely with sales, customer success and marketing teams that support our revenue growth and align with our company initiatives. Core to this role will be building programs to grow our pipeline creation motions, customer advocacy programs and demand generation campaigns in Portuguese. You are the right person for this role if you are excited to challenge the way we market today and build new programs to support our local Brazilian GTM motion.
In this role you'll get to:
- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns and programs that drive demand and generate revenue for the Brazilian market.
- Build ongoing relationships with sales leadership and sales reps to create a constant feedback loop and understand the challenges they're facing that marketing can help solve.
- Develop and execute a customer advocacy playbook for Brazil, including producing customer stories that align with HubSpot's overall goals and partnering with various teams to deliver customer delight moments.
- Align with the sales team to identify opportunities to build regional prospecting campaigns based on local needs and opportunities.
- Identify key prospect and customer pain points, buying patterns and business opportunities, and maintain a sharp awareness of the competitor landscape in Brazil.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to inform marketing strategy and tactics
We are looking for someone who:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese, Spanish a plus. Must have the ability to communicate with team members at varying levels, conceptually and tactically.
- Ability to work independently against tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment, all while keeping a sharp eye on detail and accuracy.
- Has a proven track record of bringing new ideas to the table. We need somebody on the team who can reinvent things and not only execute on known strategies.
- Has strong project management skills, with experience developing and executing marketing strategy while collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Has experience working closely with and supporting sales teams in closing more business and leading cross-functional projects.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS industry.
