Required Skills & Qualifications:
Advanced or native-level proficiency in both written and oral English, with a focus on authenticity and rapport-building. (Excluding)

Proven work experience in customer service, ideally within the short-term rental or hospitality sector.

Strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with a knack for critical thinking and efficiency.

Familiarity with property management systems and platforms.

Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.

In a fast-paced role, there may be times when you need to innovate or find creative solutions, and in a dynamic setting like a short-term rental management company, communication, critical thinking, and time management are key. So we’d like to hear about your performance regarding these skills in a short video (no more than 8 minutes), addressing the following:
