**Mision**:
Actualmente, Hitachi Energy busca una persona para el cargo de Inside Sales Representante ubicada en Colombia, enfocada en en el desarrollo de nuestro mercado de la región de América Latina (LAM). Este rol es responsable de generar y coordinar un pipeline de oportunidades de ventas y clientes potenciales, provenientes de fuentes de marketing, con un enfoque en nuevos clientes en LAM

**Responsabilidades**:

- Generar, nutrir y lograr los objetivos de leads y oportunidades de la región para la transición a ventas; construir un pipeline de oportunidades y clientes potenciales de calidad.
- Colaborar y establecer relaciones con representantes y gerencia de ventas para avanzar en el proceso de las oportunidades y cumplir/exceder los objetivos.
- Investigar las cuentas objetivo y nuevos contactos a prospectar a través de herramientas y soluciones de datos de terceros.
- Desarrollar un profundo conocimiento del portafolio de soluciones de Grid Automation para facilitar una generación eficiente de oportunidades en la región.
- Alinearse con todas las partes interesadas para crear programas y estrategias de marketing respaldados por esfuerzos e iniciativas outbound.
- Actualizar el CRM (Salesforce) para rastrear el estado de las oportunidades con el fin de generar reportes precisos y mantener la integridad de la información en la base de datos.

**Requisitos**:

- Persona sociable, extrovertida y capaz de iniciar conversaciones y comunicaciones de manera amable con un deseo de generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y lograr objetivos.
- Conocimiento práctico del CRM y herramientas de automatización de marketing; Salesforce y Eloqua son una ventaja.
- Habilidades sólidas de organización y gestión del tiempo, junto con excelentes habilidades de escucha y comunicación, tanto escritas como verbales; habilidades de presentación destacadas

Habilidad para:

- Prospectar a través de warm and cold calling por teléfono, correo electrónico, ferias y eventos para nutrir y calificar oportunidades.
- Generar oportunidades y proyectos por iniciativa propia; identificar e investigar cuentas y perfiles target a través de herramientas y soluciones de datos de terceros.
- Entablar relaciones con múltiples níveles de tomadores de decisiones e influenciadores en el proceso de toma de decisión.
- Comprender conceptos técnicos, portafolios de soluciones complejos y panoramas competitivos.
- Alinear estrategias de marketing y gestionar ciclos de ventas.
- Representar a Hitachi Energy en ferias y eventos; se requieren viajes mínimos.
- Realizar múltiples tareas con gran atención al detalle en un entorno rápido y cambiante.

**Deseable**:

- Pregrado en administración, marketing o comunicaciones.
- Inglés, español y portugués fluido.
- Dos años de experiência en generación de demanda, desarrollo de negocios o prospección de ventas respaldando a equipos de ventas externas, con un historial probado de generación de resultados.
- Experiência en redes eléctricas, servicios públicos, energías renovables, transporte, minería o industrias intensivas en activos.
