Ensuring the proper functioning of the restaurant vertical flow, from order creation to user receipt of the order. To efficiently fulfill this task, we need to work smartly. We relentlessly focus on utilizing empirical approaches to make informed and rational decisions, as well as generating automated and scalable solutions.
Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
- Be responsible for building and optimizing restaurant onboarding capabilities at Rappi.- Provide the best possible experience to our restaurants, making Rappi the delivery app-of-choice to partner with- Manage an Ops team- Manage relationships with global providers- Ensure OKRs and SLAs are consistently achieved- Proactively identify and propose solutions to operational issues- Create analyses to generate actionable insights- Drive the transformation of insights into real-life solutions- Work in partnership with our Commercial, Product and Data teams to solve problems.
Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?- 4 years of experience leading high-performance teams.- Experience working effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a highly dynamic and ever-changing environment.- Experience in team management.- Analytical and critical thinking.- Strong project management experience.- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and in a structured manner.- Advanced Excel skills.
