Role Objective *
The Early Success team takes care of the new restaurants joining Rappi during their first 90 days to ensure they will have the necessary support to achieve a successful launch with us. In this position, you will work closely with the team manager on the implementation of special projects as well as support the daily operation of the team
Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
Main Responsibilities *- Own the relationship with other areas that directly influence one key input metric from the Early Success team- Lead initiatives with different tech teams from Rappi, in order to improve the key performance metric through automation and technology- Support the execution of new projects and strategies to pursue a smaller churn of new restaurants while increasing the number of successful restaurants during their first 30 days- Identify gaps and improve the process and speech from our sales team, in order to achieve a high-quality sale

Key Requirements *- Passion for a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment, helping the company's growth.- Highly analytical and adaptive mindsets, with proven background as a problem-solver.- Process-driven and strong abilities to build them from scratch.- Exceptional skills in Excel (will be assessed).- SQL - it’s ok if you don’t know it, as long as you’re willing to learn :)- Strong business sense and communication skills- Conversational English (C1) - manager interview will be in English
Desired Requirements- 3+ years experience in operations or correlated area- Previous experience with startups
