Duties and Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:

- Plan, create, and manage paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, META Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation to optimize campaign performance. Performance Analysis:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of paid media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager and other analytics platforms.
- Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.

Optimization:

- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance, including A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Implement strategies to increase conversions and reduce acquisition costs.

Budget Management:

- Manage and allocate the budget across campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Track and report on spending against budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with the digital marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop engaging ad creatives.

Market Research:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging advertising platforms.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities for campaign improvement and growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Paid Media Specialist or similar role.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior digital marketing role, with a track record of successful strategy development and implementation.
- Have strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, resources, and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRMs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must be communication-centric with other team members.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint)
