**Title: Associate SLS (BIDS)**

**Location: GSC BOG**

As an Associate in Sales you will work with the bid team located in Canada to support on the different activities as documentation, rate cards, etc. accomplish the deadlines among others.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support for special customers on long term rates
- Contac the corresponding teams to obtain rates
- Support with documentation
- High attention to detail and quality checks, management of data bases among others.
- Creating, analyzing, and distributing reports according to the parameters specified by the Stakeholder.

**Skills / Requirements**:

- Students/ Professionals in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or similar occupations.
- Good level of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Good communication in English (verbal and written).
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Teamwork and autonomy

**Relevant information**:

- Salary: $ 1’735.950
- Type of Contract: Indefinite - Directly with DHL Colombia.
- Performance bonus from 7% to 13% of salary ($121.516 min
- $225.673 max)
- Food Allowance: $95.564
