**El Rol**
- Servir de primer contacto con los clientes para la atención de siniestros.
- Gestionar proactivamente los siniestros de los clientes desde el primer aviso hasta el acuerdo final.
- Asegurar un pronto pago de los siniestros bajo los requerimientos de Compliance.
- Interactuar con clientes / compañías / ajustadores / proveedores.
- Actuar en condición de Advocate con el cliente y mantener una relación positiva con el Gerente de Cuenta/Director de Cuenta/Ejecutivo de Cuenta/Compañías de Seguros.
- Reportar los siniestros a las Compañías de Seguro.
- Resolver inquietudes técnicas y problemas bajo supervisión.
- Notificar y trabajar con los equipos de venta en casos relevantes que requieran la participación del Gerente de Siniestros
- Reunir y revisar información de pérdidas y preparar informes del estado de los reclamos.
- Recopilar, revisar y conservar los antecedentes de los acuerdos realizados.
- Actuar como contacto entre los clientes y las compañías aseguradoras, ofreciendo respuesta a las inquietudes y monitoreando las tendencias.
- Desarrollar y mantener las relaciones con clientes y compañías de seguros.

**Los Requerimientos**
- Título Universitario.
- Sistemas: Microsoft Office.
- Preferiblemente con experiência en siniestros.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en manejo de siniestros.
- Conocimientos específicos del área de siniestros.
