The Team and Job Summary

We are seeking a Contract Management Specialist to join our Contract Management team. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the Contract management team.

Job Responsibilities
- ** Managing Contract Administration**
- Forecast issues and tasks and provide solutions while adhering to timelines.
- Provide governance and accountability through tracking and recording the delivery of information requests.
- Provide contract administrative support for contract management processes for J.S. Held key accounts.
- Provide support in the development of responses to client RFPs or similar.
- Develop and maintain contract/MSA/Agreement tracking within the contract management system.
- Support the legal team in reviewing contracts, relying heavily on previous contracts as a resource for terms and conditions, and reviewing contractual documents (i.e., Statements of Work, Change Requests, Arrangement Letters, Subcontracts, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (not exclusive, etc.).
- Prepare letters to clients requesting approvals and interpretations required to comply with the contract’s provisions.
- **Managing Service Delivery**
- Liaise with the business practices and divisions to ensure the contracts are being delivered as agreed to the required levels of performance and quality.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to the Business Development team and Account Directors.
- Collaborate with colleagues across organizational lines to obtain and transmit contract management information.
- Identifies contractual problems and takes appropriate action to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
- Follow up on problems demanding management attention to ensure a timely response to the client.
- **Managing Relationships**:

- Liaise and support business development, strategic accounts, and business leaders to keep the relationships with our clients and their contract management programs open and constructive, aiming to resolve problems early and focus on continual improvement.
- Accountable for achieving the timely and complete resolution of customer issues and inquiries which includes effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Participate as a member of the negotiating team as necessary.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of contract administration experience is required.
- Advanced English communication skills with a C1 level or above.
- Requires a working knowledge of industry business practices, proposal review, contract review, and contract administration principles, as well as some exposure to contract negotiations.
- Incumbent must also possess strong written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a working knowledge of PC software packages typically associated with contract administration.
- Strong customer service focus, written and verbal communication skills, and experience in interacting with senior leadership in a matrix management structure.
- Ability to work independently and across business functions in a remote office setting.
- Comfortable with video conferencing/calls/meetings and daily interaction.
- Familiar with using and maintaining activity within a CRM database, e.g. Microsoft Dynamics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
