In this challenging and rewarding position, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall success of our organization. You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, review, and execution of contracting documents, researching and assisting with contract reviews, negotiations, and drafts, as well as helping to identify and assess potential risks associated with contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Management: Assist in the preparation, review, and execution of contracting documents to ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
- Risk Mitigation: Help identify and assess potential risks associated with contracts and propose mitigation strategies.
- Negotiation and Communication: Work with the department director and manager to actively lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Contract Compliance: Help monitor and enforce compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in contracts research and support in a technology or government contracting environment.
- A strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts.
- Preferred certifications include FAC-C, DAWIA in contracting.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
The salary range for this position is approximately $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
This position may require a security clearance, which we will sponsor. A Secret or Top Secret clearance is preferred but not required.
