The overarching goal of the Center's new Strategic Plan sets a high mark for impact: _By 2030, half of the world's population will be living under stronger protections for reproductive rights than they do today._ The Center has a track record of success to back up this ambitious goal. Since its founding in 1992, the Center's game-changing litigation and advocacy, combined with its unparalleled expertise in constitutional, comparative, and international human rights law, have transformed how reproductive rights are understood by courts, governments, and human rights bodies worldwide on issues including maternal health, contraception, abortion, and assisted reproduction. It has won groundbreaking cases before national courts, U.N. Committees, and regional human rights bodies, led the development of historic, proactive legislation advancing robust protections for reproductive rights, and has built the legal capacity of women's rights advocates in more than 60 countries and counting.

**The Role**:The **Office Manager** provides Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and Program support to the Center's office in Bogota, Colombia. The Office Manager will report to the Associate Director, Global Operations, LAC region, who is based in Bogota. The Office Manager will work closely with Center teams of Finance, Administration and Human Resources.

The position will be based in the Center's Bogotá office.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
Office Operations
- Oversee all day-to-day administrative operations for the office. Supervision of Operations Associate.
- Draft contracts and agreements for vendors and suppliers for Bogota's office and LAC's unit.
- Ensure a constant flow of communication between the Bogota and New York offices, relaying information on pertinent issues as they arise.
- Develop relationships with other International NGOs based in Bogota in order to assess best practices for the smooth functioning of the office.
- In coordination with Associate Director, Global Operations serve as liaison with New York on matters related to office registration, including annual compliance obligations.
- In coordination with external accounting company, facilitate the Center's affiliation with the Chamber of Commerce Registry and ensure that the Center meets its annual compliance obligations.
- Keep the Pro Bono LAC tracker for operational matters updated.
- Responsible for completing certain activities under the implementation of Health and Safety System mandatory under Colombian laws and keep it updated based on laws changes or new regulations applicable to Bogota's office, related to the maintenance of facilities and other.
- In coordination with the Associate Director, Global Operations and teams involved, update Center manuals as required (e.g., Security Manual, Human Resources Manual, and Finance Manual).
- Assist with large scale projects as they arise, such as opening a local bank account, identification of new office space or reconstruction, research on new vendors, equipment procurement, etc., as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Financial Management
- Manage the accounting processes and procedures for the office in accordance with GAAP and local accounting policies, including entering all financial transactions into the Center's accounting database, reconciling bank account(s) on a monthly basis, reconciling staff reimbursements and travel advances, and preparing monthly financial reports for the office from the accounting database when necessary.
- Ensure the implementation of Center's internal controls, finance policies, systems and procedures conform to the minimum and mandatory financial standards
- Undertake and monitor all payments, including to partner organizations, and ensure smooth, timely issuing of payments and that all financial transactions in the region including of projects, are in line and comply with Center for Reproductive Right's policies and within the regional authorization limits.
