**Position: Project Manager for Highway Construction Project on a Caribbean Island**
The Project Manager will oversee topographic brigades for terrain surveying, coordinate asphalt brigades, and work closely with 2 engineers for the coordination of a highway construction project on one of the Caribbean Islands. This project is expected to last approximately 2.5 years. The role requires close collaboration with both internal and external work teams, maintaining an up-to-date reporting system, preparing weekly reports, and organizing monthly meetings with the client. We seek a proactive individual with a strong drive, outstanding interpersonal skills, and solid technical abilities.
**Requirements**:
- Over 10 years of experience in highway construction projects or similar civil engineering projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Office suite, and AutoCAD.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Ability to lead teams and manage resources efficiently.
