**Sales & Marketing Controller Analyst**:
**About the Role**:
**We have a great role in our Consumer Goods Controlling team, to improve the sales, pricing, and cost analysis for the Andean & Caribbean business, with the focus on our global and market leading brands. As Sales & Marketing Controller, you will be engaged in month end closing, pricing, and other financial analysis, together with supporting the commercial teams and driving the forecasting and budget process. Reporting to the Regional Controlling Sales Manager you will ideally be based in our Medellin office. This position is a permanent full[1]time position with a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days working at home. **What You Will Do**:

- Monitors the respective Business Unit sales performance and deviations
- Develop the pricing and margin reporting to support the profitability drive Control and analysis of customer rebates & price support
- Responsible for net sales volume, price & mix analysis, suggests corrective actions and follows up
- Challenges and supports local management team in all financial aspects as Controlling Business partner
- Reviewing customer profitability, and ensuring all statistical information is correct
- Participate in creation of budget and forecast for the Business Unit
- Follow controlling standards and other Essity policies.
- Support the commercial teams with their analysis and requests
- Responsible for analysis of income for month end reports

**Who You Are**:

- Higher Education: in Finance, accounting or related areas.
- Have proven experience in Controlling, preferably in Consumer Goods companies.
- Ability to analyse and draw conclusions from large volumes of data.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills, to effectively interpretand present information across all levels of the business.
- Competent systems user, including SAP and BW.
- Fluent English.
