We are looking for a Digital Analytics Strategist who will be responsible for analyzing data related to our digital product efforts to drive informed decisions and actionable insights. This person will be an expert in digital analytics and will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights that lead to improved performance of marketing efforts, user-behavior analysis, and better decision-making. It is essential that this person has excellent communication skills in English and solid knowledge of **CPD **and Adobe tools (**AEP** - Adobe Experience Platform and **AJO**:
- Adobe Journey Optimizer)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analyses that provide actionable insights into customer behavior, marketing campaign performance, and digital product usage.
- Manage and optimize the implementation of tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other industry-standard platforms.
- Work closely with marketing teams to analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Define and Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with product teams to analyze user behavior and identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Develop and implement user-behavior analytics standards and quality assurance best practices to ensure data integrity.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital analytics trends and tools, and continuously seek opportunities to improve our analytics capabilities.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent English skills
- At least five years of experience in digital analytics or a related field.
- Experience with Adobe Marketing tools such as AEP and AJO.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.
- Experience with RT-CDP Execution from data gathering to activation.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
**You will stand out if you have**:
- Spanish skills
- Experience in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
