Short Description:
Execute Know Your Customer process for Latin America clients with high quality and regulatory standards.
Join a dedicated team executing records in global systems and analyzing client documentation for the approval of customers being onboarded, remediated, and renewed

As a Latin America Onboarding Team Analyst, you will support the day-to-day management of the Know your customer process, coordinate with front-office teams, and ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for managing relationships with front-office sub-lines of business, overseeing team members, and providing operational support to supply audit, compliance, and regulatory with documentation/analysis.

Job responsibilities:

- Support Know Your Customer process to onboard and renew records to regulatory standards while meeting tight deadlines.
- Manage relationships with front-office sub-lines of business and serve as the primary point of escalation for team members.
- Coordinate case prioritization, capacity planning, and assign cases to sub-line of business team members.
- Execute Know Your Customer client outreach as required by different lines of business.
- Monitor team productivity and quality reports and take action as needed to maintain agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Teamwork with other supporting areas and provide operational support to supply audit/compliance/regulatory with documentation/analysis.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related.
- Minimum 5 years' experience with Know Your Customer and local documentation requirements for onboarding clients.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong partnership and coordination skills. Prior experience with deadlines for time-sensitive tasks.
- Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills as a plus.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- Outstanding client management, partnership building, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and lead a team that is responsive to dynamic organizational and operational changes.
- General understanding of and execute Anti-Money Laundering policies and internal procedures, in accordance with local and global proposition.
- Excellent interpersonal skills & cultural sensitivity and awareness.
