**About this job**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop a commercial plan and strategy to achieve revenue targets, and aggressive revenue growth challenges
- Engage with Marketing, Sales Intelligence teams to evaluate sales performance and improve sales KPIs
- Responsible for revenue targets and understanding of profit growth and contribution targets.
- Initiates programs to build client satisfaction and further develop the business, by initiating meetings with new client contacts. Leads client meetings at all management levels, including conducting external presentations.
- Designs and estimates costs of new projects and quote services for new clients
- Establishes high standards of client deliverable, provides support, recognition and feedback to develop associates and support a strong team environment focused on exceeding internal and external clients requirements.
- Develop understanding of industry trends, competition, and opportunities for NielsenIQ. Identify areas of opportunity and growth for the commercial unit
- Works to strategically meet and anticipate client needs, identifying areas to grow client relationships and sell in new services.
- Strong CRM usage (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and sales tools (SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Lusha, etc)
- Ability to prospect and develop new relationships within assigned portfolio.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing/research/Innovation/sales or a related field.
- Knowledge of marketing research and in-market data.
- Knowledge and/or passion of/for the durable categories.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- General knowledge of statistics, research techniques, and experimental procedures.
- Customer service and consultation skills.
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Account management.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a digital enabled environment with a regional and international teams
